  • Acted on behalf of a land owner in the sale of land to a major North American retailer in the amount of $7,600,000.00;

  • Acted as in-house counsel for a prominent real estate group with a portfolio of hotels, industrial, commercial, office and retail space with a gross leasable area of 16,000,000,00 square feet;

  • Represented the purchasers of multiple industrial buildings in Montreal;

  • Represented the vendors for the sale of an industrial building to a foreign real estate group in the amount of $1,800,000.00;

  • Represented a foreign investor in the sale of his retail and residential portfolio in downtown Montreal;

  • Represented the purchaser in the acquisition and subsequent leasing of 15 retail buildings in Montreal;

  • Represented a foreign investor in the leasing of his entire office and retail portfolio representing a gross leasable area of 48,000 square feet;

  • Represents a prominent commercial and industrial landlord in the drafting and negotiation of all leasing agreements representing at least 1,000,000 square feet of gross leasable area and with a turnaround of not more than 24 hours;

  • Represents a prominent office tower landlord in Downtown Montreal in the drafting and negotiation of all leasing agreements representing at least 3,000,0000 square feet of gross leasable area and with a turnaround of not more than 24 hours;

  • Acts on behalf of a prominent industrial and office property manager in the litigation of delinquent tenants as it pertains to rent;

  • Acts on behalf of a prominent industrial and office property manager with a portfolio of 500,000 square feet of gross leasable area in all leasing and litigation files;

  • Acted on behalf of a international telecommunications company in the leasing of 39,000 square feet of office space in a downtown Montreal tower;

  • Successfully represented a real estate developer in a litigation concerning fraudulent representations as committed by the directors/shareholders of the vendor;

  • Successfully represented a prominent landlord in a leasing dispute concerning signage on the façade of a building;   

  • Successfully represented a real estate group in litigation concerning condominium fees;

  • Successfully represented a real estate developer as it pertains to construction defects committed by a prominent general contractor;
